Return Policy

Shipping method:

We will deliver the goods/products to you by post according to the consignee address you registered when placing your order.

1. Time to return goods

  • Customers can exchange goods for FREE within 07 days, up to 01 time from the time they receive the goods ordered at Tita.art (excluding shipping time) according to the terms specified in section 2.3. down here.

2. Conditions of exchange and return

  • Returns only for products purchased directly at the tita.art website or directly at the store.
  • Purchased product must be new, not chipped, cracked.
  • The purchased product must have the original box, TITA logo

3. Cases in which goods cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Return conditions are not satisfied
  • Defective goods, scratches, torn boxes due to transportation and other force majeure errors, are not our direct fault.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund support if the product is defective (manufactured) or not true to reality
